Wigle Negroni

One time, we were at the Wigle Barrelhouse during Negroni Week. I was looking at their cocktails, noticed there wasn’t a Negroni, then started looking at all their spirits and trying to figure out how I could make one from just Wigle Spirits. I came up with a vague approximation that didn’t quite have the bitterness I wanted (the rhubarb liqueur is tasty, but much sweeter than Campari), but was still pretty flavorful and fun. Since I made this one at home, I probably should’ve amped it up with some bitters, but 🤷🏽‍♀️ only thought of that after the fact.

1 oz Wigle’s Ginever
1 oz Wigle Cocktail Mixer No. 1
1 oz Wigle Rhubarb Liqueur
