Szechuan Negronino

I was looking at some Negroni variations for inspiration and found this recipe for a Negronino - basically a Negroni with Amaro Nonino mosty replacing the Campari. I decided to twist it a bit further and use Baltamaro Szechuan Amaro (delightfully spicy), Wigle Ginever, and Del Professore Classico. This was delightful. I was surprised it kept up the bitterness given the proportions, but it still tasted like a Negroni! Just one that was Szechuan-spiced 😅

1 oz Wigle Ginever
1 oz Del Professore Classico
0.375 oz Campari
0.75 oz Baltamaro Szechuan Amaro
