Lo-Fi Negroni

I’m sorta obsessed with Lo-Fi Apertifs. I was first introduced to them at J & Tony’s in San Diego when they made me one of the best Negronis ever with the Lo-Fi sweet vermouth. I was able to get some here through Blackwell’s Wines, plus some more London Dry. One thing to note about Lo-Fi is that their apertifs are incredibly flavorful. I think this is a really fun thing for a Negroni (see my love of Del Professore), but it does make a weird Manhattan, so, depending on what else you use your sweet vermouth for, it might not be the best pick for a house vermouth. This Negroni was fun, flavorful, and not too sweet, which is just what I want out of my Negronis.

1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
