Lo-Fi Dry Negroni

My only previous experience with a Dry Negroni was at a restaurant in Atlanta where I ordered a Negroni and it just tasted… off. I asked the bartender what he used and he said “Gin, Campari, Vermouth”. I nodded and then said “I drink a lot of Negronis and this is not quite a standard Negroni.” He starts pulling the bottles he used and then he pulls out a bottle of dry vermouth and my head was just “DING DING DING that’s it”. Using a standard dry vermouth ends up tasting almost like gin and Aperol. Not bad! But generally not quite what I want. Lo-Fi’s dry vermouth is delightful and full of flavor and maybe a little less dry than your standard dry vermouth. It felt like just a slightly drier Negroni and was more what I actually want out of a Dry Negroni.

1 oz London Dry
1 oz Campari
1 oz Lo-Fi Dry Vermouth
