Sweet Raspberry Negroni

I don’t know what I was expecting. This ended up being too sweet for me. I love my Mathilde Framboise, but I should’ve just left the Cappelletti out fo this one. However, if a classic Negroni is too bitter for you, doing half Campari/half Cappelletti might be the drink for you.

1 oz Gin
1 oz Mathilde Framboise
½ oz Campari
½ oz Cappelletti
