Smoke & Spice Negroni

Another roll of the dice and this one turned out to be a big improvement. Since I used dry vermouth, the bitterness was amped up. This worked well with the bold smokiness of Vida Mezcal and the spice of the Bittermen’s Buckspice Ginger Bitters. Didn’t quite feel like a Negroni to me, but was still a damn tasty cocktail!

1 oz Del Maguey Vida
1 oz Campari
1 oz Lo-Fi Dry Vermouth
Dash of Bittermen’s Buckspice Ginger Bitters
