Lo-Fi Rum Negroni

Ok, this was hard to name. My creativity is waning. Luckily, I have a set of Negroni dice that I got from JJ at Smoke to help inspire me. Today, I rolled sweet vermouth and rum (Campari is always a given 😛). I am generally not a fan of rum Negronis, but I found the Lo-fi to work really well in this case because it’s just not as sweet as the standard sweet vermouth. This was delightful, but not particularly exciting.

1 oz White Rum
1 oz Campari
1 oz Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
