Martini #2

One of my friends gave us a bottle of Clemengold Gin from South Africa. I had a little bit left and I couldn’t quite justify drowning it in a Negroni, so I rinsed the glass with vermouth and made a Martini. This gin is citrus-forward and quite delightful. It also manages to be drier than I expect? Either way, fun if you can get your hands on it!
