Polish Brute

This one is intense! I was recommended Bruto Americano as a Campari replacement but I feel like it’s definitely way more aggressive than Campari. Aggressive and complicated. It’s a great liqueur, but it almost seems more reminiscent to Green Chartreuse in that it almost feels like a cocktail on its own: very complicated flavor with nothing else added. If you love Bruto, it definitely balances out the blackberry brandy quite well and this could potentially be a favorite! For me, I think I’d have to cut the Bruto down by a bit if I try it again!

1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Bruto Americano
1 oz Leroux Blackberry Brandy
dash of Negroni bitters
