Coffee Negroni

If you are thinking “Jennifer, how did you make a spicy coffee Negroni without ever making a coffee Negroni first?”, you would not be alone! Because I was wondering that same thing! This is a delight. It’s definitely a bitter bomb. The Senior & Co Kòfi Kòrsou is definitely heavy on the coffee and just a bit sweet and boozy. Combine that with white rum and Campari and the Campari just comes through with a bit of extra bitter making this almost taste like boozy black coffee since it cuts the sweetness of the liqueur. I only have one other coffee liqueur (hello Wigle Coffee) and I’m wondering how that would change this.

1 oz white rum
1 oz Campari
1 oz coffee liqueur (if you can go to Curaçao and get some Kòfi Kòrsou, do it!)
