Martini #1
This might be shocking, but I cannot live on Negronis alone. So here’s a break in Negronis with a Martini with a slight twist. I decided that the orange, coffee, and cardamom flavors in Boker’s Bitters would be a good accent. The Del Professore Classico also gives an extra kick and works better with more floral gins than the one I chose, so I might have to remake this when I have some actual dry vermouth on hand (soon!). Overall, delightful, a bit different from a classic Martini, and an easy twist.
2½ oz Gin
½ oz Del Professore Classico
3 dashes Boker’s Bitters
