Lemon Negroni

A while back we bought a bottle of the Kingfly Limoncello. While I like Limoncello, it’s not something I drink on a regular basis. When I remembered that we also have some Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle, I knew that I needed to make a Lemon Negroni. This will really vary depending on your Limoncello because there are so many different variations. Kingfly’s is a bit sweeter than average, so it balanced out the Campari fairly well. If anything, the bitterness of the Campari felt really natural with the sweeter lemon flavor, making it feel like you were drinking a boozy lemonade. I can’t be mad at that.
