Leite’s Culinaria Best Negroni

I don’t even know how I stumbled across this Negroni recipe from Leite’s Culinaria. Pardon the mediocre vermouth, but I’m definitely running low on actual sweet vermouth since our liquor stores aren’t selling any online 😭. This actually turned out really well! I really love gin, so I’ll never turn down extra gin. It still felt very balanced and the grapefruit bitters gave it a little bit of an extra flavor kick, but not too much. This has definitely inspired me to add some more bitters to my Negronis… we have a solid selection to choose from!

2 oz London dry gin
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
6 dashes grapefruit bitters
