Spicy Coffee Negroni

Ok, first off, I really should say that I am not creative when it comes to names, so deep apologies for these Negroni names. They are bad! But this Negroni is very, very good. Not trash at all. We have a bottle of Ancho Reyes and I had planned to do a Negroni with that instead of vermouth until my husband recommended doing half Ancho Reyes and half Kòfi Kòrsou from Senior & Co in Curaçao, the original makers of Blue Curaçao. It was better than I even expected. Somehow all the flavors came out: the bit of spice, the coffee, the bitterness of the Campari… and there was no conflict (like in the Spicy Salad Negroni 😂) . This is definitely going to be a repeat.

1 oz Dry Gin

1 oz Campari

½ oz Ancho Reyes

½ oz Kòfi Kòrsou (another coffee liquor would sub just as well)
