Funky Kingston Negroni

Again, I reached out to my husband for inspiration and he pulled out the bottle of Swedish Punsch. I had to have a quick swig first and it is extremely funky. I felt like I should lean into that a bit and, since I didn’t have a bottle of Smith & Cross, I grabbed the Wigle Dunder Rum, which is the funkiest rum we have at home right now. At some point, I’ll have to make an extra-funky version whenever I get Smith & Cross or Wray & Nephew again! This was… an experience for sure. This was an extremely funky Negroni that stil had the bitter Negroni taste that I love.

1 oz Wigle Dunder Rum
1 oz Campari
1 oz Kronan Swedish Punsch
