High Wire Negroni

We were in Charleston, SC right before the quarantine and got the chance to go to High Wire Distilling. We had flown on Allegiant and brought very little luggage, so we didn’t have a bunch of extra space to pack bottles. So we got some 200ml bottles of their gin and their amaro. Turning these into a Negroni makes a slightly sweeter but incredibly flavorful drink. The Southern Amaro is a bit sweeter than your average amaro, which works really well in this context.
