Bruto Negroni

I had a ton of recommendations for Bruto Americano from my friends as a Campari replacement. I found it to be mildly bitter with a bit more of an herbal flavor, so it doesn’t quite hit the Negroni feel for me, but it was extremely delicious. I’m still going to be experimenting with it more to see if I can hit on a winning combo.

1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Bruto Americano
½ oz Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Spatoli Sweet Vermouth
