For when a Negroni isn’t bitter enough… replace some Campari with actual bitters! I go this idea from my spouse who added some Ango and cardemom bitters to a Negroni. I felt like the cardemom ended up being a bit stronger than I wanted in that, but I was curious how it would work if I upped the Angostura. Answer: quite well! At least assuming you enjoy Angostura.

1 oz White Rum
½ oz Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Spatola Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz Angostura Bitters
¾ oz Campari
