Extra Herbaceous Negroni

I wanted to take the Chartreuse Negroni and make it just a bit more balanced. By combining the very herbaceous Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth and Green Chartreuse to replace standard sweet vermouth, I got a well-balanced Negroni that had a super herbal quality that still didn’t overtake the Campari and make it into a totally different drink. Would recommend!

1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Campari
½ oz Green Chartreuse
½ oz Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
